Delivery: Delivery is included in the price of your rental. We currently deliver free of charge, to any where with in the City limits of Colorado Springs. We do deliver to Falcon, Fort Carson, Peterson, Fountain, Black Forest and Manitou Springs areas however; there is a $25 delivery fee to these areas.
Safety and security is of utmost importance to us, and therefore we will not setup the inflatable or equipment in the rain, lightening or other weather related concerns. You will not be charged when weather is a factor in your cancellation; an alternative date may be available. All other cancellations not related to weather must be made 7-days prior to your event for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than the required 7-days notice, may either reschedule for another date or forfeit the $50 deposit.
All equipment will be setup by one of our trained professional associates. Please plan ahead when scheduling a time for set up of your equipment; it is best if setup is scheduled at least 30 minutes in advance of the arrival of your guests to ensure things go smoothly. The location for setup of all inflatable requires a flat surface and must be free of debris such as rocks, sticks, sharp roots and irrigation systems. We assure you this is for safety of the children and to avoid damage to the equipment. Inflatables may either be setup on grassy areas using stakes or blacktop/concrete using sand bags (please notify us in advance if sand bags are necessary). We require a 5’ area surrounding the inflatables free of tree limbs and structures yet they must be within a 50’ range of an electrical outlet.
Sales Tax: Sales tax within the Colorado area is not currently required for rental equipment.
Methods of Payment:
For your convenience, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover or business checks. For those wishing to pay by check, payment must be received in full within 7-days of date reservation is made.
Rental Agreement/Safety Instructions: You will be required to sign a rental agreement and agree to the terms of our safety instructions before setup of your equipment occurs. We want to ensure that you understand the safety instructions and encourage that you ask questions before signing the documents and agreeing to the terms of the agreement. You will receive a confirmation email containing these documents upon making your reservation so that you may review the information prior to our arrival. The delivery driver will have these items available for your signature on the date of your reservation. Please contact us if you have any questions about this information.
We ask that all concession equipment be returned WITHOUT being cleaned, they require proper cleaning by a trained
professional and therefore Inflatable Family Entertainment will take care of that for you and is included in the cost of
renting the equipment. Concession equipment includes but is not limited to, Popcorn Poppers, Cotton Candy Machines,
Sno-Cone Machines, Spin Art & other similar pieces.
Inflatable Family Entertainment has also obtained a digital certificate from GoDaddy.com., a provider of Internet trust services. When you enter a secure portion of this Site (which is any page containing any of your personal information), an image of a closed lock or a solid key should appear in the bottom bar of your browser window. If you click on this image, a small popup window displaying site-security information will appear. This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to Inflatable Family Entertainment, not to an unknown or unauthorized server.
We do not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. You have the right to control your personal information as you see fit.
